1 Acceptance of Terms

Age Verification

bef1777 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to bef1777's satisfaction will be suspended immediately, and any pending withdrawals will be held pending verification outcome.

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• bef1777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known to the player prior to placing the bet, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on bef1777 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published by the respective game provider and are available within the game information panel. bef1777 does not modify RTP settings on any third-party game. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays in accordance with standard industry practice.

Live Dealer Tables

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, which is stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be frozen.

During a suspension period, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bef1777 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline to the affected player via their registered contact details where it is lawful and practical to do so.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their bef1777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. bef1777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bef1777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, will notify affected players via email or in-platform notification.
